the room was an acceptable size.

I found the check-in process unnecessarily difficult. there were long queues and insufficient staff, so i waited over 30 minutes. the lack of clear signage made navigating the premises a challenge.

the check-in process was not smooth. the wifi access instructions were confusing. a lounge was closed, and there was no prior notification regarding that closure. this lack of communication was frustrating.
